Optimising gender roles in organisations will always lead to a higher performance workplace.  Both men and women have unique contributions to operations and management leadership to offer; what is important is to ensure there is strong facilitation and complementarity.  Our approach to gender awareness training is to avoid a stale classroom based method in favour of active and experiential learning that takes into consideration the emotional intelligence that people bring to the workplace.
